Animated Pony Commission: Surfing Blossom

First off, this base animation was the perfect fit for Blossom. That won't be the case with every character but I'm sure adding a few more simple bases would help fill in any gaps (ex. faint, facehoof, headshake). The wings extending during the sequence was a rather nice touch, indeed. Finally, the quick turnaround time was a big plus.

The only critique worth mentioning is the base's overall line thickness. It doesn't need to be perfect but it should be relatively consistent. I'd say the front hooves are the closest to show accuracy while the body, hind legs and wings are on the thick side. There's various ways to check this across all your animations, depending on what programs you use. With my vectors, I simply make a line and thicken it to the same as an outline that looks good. Then curve that same line to other areas as needed. Crude but it works well enough for me.

Overall, I'm almost as excited as Blossom is seeing her in action. I do hope that this animation spurs a little more business on your end.
