Your Majesty

Let's face it, as far as most of North America goes, the Canadian Maritimes are pretty much a blip on the screen. It's a treat when big names come to the Martimes. I was actually surprised when I got the Facebook request to come on down to Halifax for a special meet and greet with Her Majesty Nicole Oliver, who does the voice acting for Princess Celestia and Ms Cheerilee on MY Little Pony.

She was really nice and very appreciative of the fanbase and I enjoyed listening to everyone's Q&As as well as some of her stories in the industry. She gave me a double high-five when I told her that as an animator who's going into the field soon there may be a chance that I'll be working on a show she'll be in in the future. You never know but it's all very exciting!
